The federal government allocates the number of nominations which the SINP can make each year. With a view to ensure efficiency in the program, the SINP accepts several applications each year. When the application threshold is opened for taking fresh applications, the applicants receive the invitations for applying.

We enclose a table with all updates at quarterly intervals, or also when an application threshold is over. In case the top limit is attained the authorities stop to accept further applications in the category.

Immigration Services also conduct regular draws for selecting candidates from the Entrepreneur Expression of Interest pool. They actually invite them for submitting the completed application to the SINP. The EOI pool has a draw in every two months.

• Candidates who submit the complete EOI profile to the pool are eligible for selection depending on top total points.
• Candidates, who submit EOIs on the day of the selection, do not qualify for selection, in the selection of the day. They remain in the pool and are eligible for considering in the next pool selection.
• All candidates in the pool get selected in an ongoing, manner. Moreover, the candidates must submit their Expressions only after completing all activities related to the points-grid, like completing exploratory visits or getting credentials for language. After submissions, candidates cannot update their EOI.
• Candidates failing to get immediate selection will remain in the pool until they succeed in  selection depending on their points score, or on the expiry  and withdrawal of EOI
