Canada New Visa Program For French - Speaking Professionals

Canada Immigration announced a new international mobility program for French Speaking professionals with different work experience to settle in the maple-leaf country. The new program will attract the French-speaking skilled professionals to settle in the regions other than Quebec.

The mobility program will be effective from June 1, 2016. This program will exempt Canadian employers from the LMIA approval, if the French-speaking professionals are recruited from various categories such as Managerial level professionals, skilled technical posts, etc., Exactly the skilled categories of NOC 0, A and B.

Canada Immigration Minister John McCallum expressed that Canada has long term plans to facilitate the minority French-speaking community in Canada. The initiative of the Canada is to encourage the minority French Speaking people outside Quebec and help people to settle permanently in Canada.

Canada’s cultural richness based on different cultures; the new initiative is to preserve the vitality and prosperity of the French-speaking minority in the Canada.
