Minister of Religion Labour Agreement (MORLA)
Home Affairs declared significant reforms to the Minister of Religion Labour Agreement (MORLA). The goal of the modifications is to promote the sponsorship of further occupation Religious Assistant (ANZSCO 451816). The latest initiative expands MORLA to sponsorship opportunities outside the only profession available below the contract - Minister of Religion.
It must be noted that existing MORLAs holders wishing to sponsor Religious Assistants will be expected to negotiate the latest MORLA.
General Criteria for Discussing MORLA
Age Requirement
No age demands for T.S.S visa. Employer Nomination Scheme visa candidates can be a maximum of 60 years old – i.e., there is a concession of age also.
Salary Requirement
In opposition to the usual programs in skilled visa, non-monetary advantages can be calculated when evaluating whether the yearly earnings for the similar worker in Australia and the candidate are minimum at the TSMIT level.
Skills Requirement
For Ministers of Religion, the aspirant needs to:

Have been appointed or have professed to religious life as a Religion Minister (or below a similar process of accreditation within a religion);

Maintain the least bachelor degree qualifications similar to a suitable Australian Qualification Framework (A.Q.F), or
-
Have undertaken a minimum of 05 years of related structured training or guidance. Experience doesn’t replace in this condition.
For Religious Assistants, the candidate needs to:

Hold the appropriate qualifications equal to a similar A.Q.F Certificate II or III (Skill Level 4 in ANZSCO); or
-
Have a minimum of two years of related experience as a replacement for the prior qualification listed in the top.
Permanent Residence
Employer Nomination Scheme visa possible later a 03-year transitional period where a powerful business case is presented.
GPs (General Practitioners) Visas
The Visas for GPs will maintain growth in the medical workforce in Australia by improving the number of doctors coming to Australia to work in the primary healthcare area by the

Sponsor choosing a position that will be fulfilled by a doctor who requires a visa to work in professions listed below will need to get certification (a Certificate of Health Workforce) from an Agency of Rural Workforce.
A Certificate of Health Workforce is a letter declared by the agency of Rural Workforce confirming the real requirement to fill a primary healthcare place at a provided location in Australia by a doctor in the below three occupations:

Resident Medical Officer (ANZSCO 253112)

General Practitioner (ANZSCO 253111)

Medical Practitioners not elsewhere classified (ANZSCO 253999)
Organizations will be expected to add a Certificate of Health Workforce to their nomination appeal for any of the below employer-sponsored visas:
