US L1 Visa

Am a Software Engineer &  recently I received a mail from my company saying that I need to go to USA for a period of 7 years, may I know the what type of Visa allows me to do my job up to 7 Years?

Is it US L1 Visa? Am I right?

Yes, L1 visa allows companies to make intra-company transfers of the employees. It is a good move you can go ahead with the processing !!
