 It's  difficult for you to immigrate to Canada. My advice is enhance your English speaking skills and make a conscious effort towards it.

Yes,  firstly, you will give International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test, and score at least 4.0 and 4.5 on the speaking and listening portions, respectively.
