For Danish Green Card : Do I need to attain at least 100 points for Academic levels (Education, Skills and Experience)?

Does Health Insurance is required?
What is the proficiency of level of English? if yes, how many points is required?

For your kind information: All subclass 457 holders are required to retain sufficient arrangements for Health Insurance for the duration of their stay. After that embassy officer will check and if failed, holders may have their visas invalid soon.
