Canada Immigration For Skilled Worker

I had been to Canada for a long time where I used to work as a freelancer for a small scale industry. I just received a job offer from my previous employer – What should I do, he is ready to send me visa or I need to apply through embassy?

If the employer ready to send you visa then you are lucky elsewhere you need to apply through embassy department.
