What If I Cannot Travel Throughout The Validity Period Of The Visa?

It is totally depends on your control like, if you planned to go abroad but at all sudden you failed to go then you have to write a letter saying about failure of your departure or mail them. You will need to take again medical test, must re-pay visa charges.
If you failed due to unexpected reasons then in that cases you have a chance to get new visa by paying the processing fees.
