Denmark Takes Major Initiatives To Attract Foreign Investment

Foreign investment is vital for economy and also for employment. The high the amount of foreign investments more is the job creation. Denmark understands it best and is therefore planning new initiatives which would attract more foreign investors.

A new Forum for Investment Promotion has been initiated which would consist of relevant authorities and organisations. Forum will ensure greater improvements in cooperation and coordination between different authorities to attract foreign investment.

"Denmark is ahead of the field when it comes to the ease of running a business, training provision, research and skilled labour, as well as our flexible labour market. These are strengths which we should work to maintain. At the same time, the government has started to look at how we can create jobs and improve Danish competitiveness through a smarter tax system,"

Invest in Denmark along with Copenhagen Capacity have come together for this new proposal. Available infrastructure, cooperation by the Government, tax relaxation and talent availability are major areas the Forum is concentrating upon.

Denmark Immigration has devised a Green Card Permit Scheme to bring the best talents from across the world. Masters degree education along with work experience is some of the major criteria for getting an approval for the visa.
